Yes! You will be provided a login to the RentCafe Resident Portal where you can pay your rent.
Yes, our community welcomes your furry friend! There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00 per pet. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.
Security deposits vary from $500.00 to one month’s rent, dependant on acceptance
Trash removal is included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for all other utilities. Additional fees apply.
Our community offers a maximum of one surface lot parking space.
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd party agency.
The income requirement to lease an apartment home is 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. Example: rent for your new home is $1000.00. To qualify in the income portion of the application, you will need to provide proof of income that meets $3000.00 gross income per month or more.
Flourish Park offers a variety of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden-style apartments and townhomes. These floor plans range in size from approximately 950 to 1,600 square feet. Many layouts include premium features such as a wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closets, and a private balcony or patio.
Our community provides convenient on-site surface lot parking for residents and dedicated guest parking for visitors. While we do not currently offer EV charging stations, our prime location provides easy access to major thoroughfares like I-285 and Highway 78. Residents can also enjoy a clubhouse and a children’s play area just steps from their doo
Flourish Park is located directly on the MARTA bus line with a convenient stop at Montreal Road and Montreal Circle. Residents can easily catch Route 125, which provides a direct connection to the Kensington Station for rail access, making commuting throughout the greater Atlanta area efficient and accessible without a vehicle.
Our community is served by the DeKalb County School District, which provides a variety of educational programs for local students. The closest schools include Jolly Elementary School, Freedom Middle School, and Clarkston High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm assignments.
